SHIP2FAIR - Solar Heat for Industrial Process towards Food&Agro Industries commitment in Renewables

The main goal of SHIP2FAIR is to foster the integration of solar heat in industrial processes from the agro-food sector, which is the largest manufacturing sector and the leading employer.

The project will develop a complete demonstration program up to TRL 7 involving different sectors, processes and SHIP technologies, addressing the main challenges of agro-food sector. As a result of the demonstration, SHIP2FAIR aims to achieve up to 40% of solar fraction with a total of 2.9 MW of installed power for producing 4.04 GWh

CORALIS - Creation Of new value chain Relations through novel Approaches facilitating Long-term Industrial Symbiosis

The main objective of CORALIS is to create pathways for the decarbonisation of resource and energy intensive sector value chains through the implementation of viable IS approaches combining new business and management strategies with innovative technology-based enablers.

The overall approach of CORALIS will be demonstrated in a total of 3 industrial parks (Lighthouses), each of them supported by an IS facilitator, a neutral actor in charge of guiding the IS initiative and exploiting its full potential. Moreover, 3 additional industrial parks (Followers) will follow the project results in order to replicate them by implementing additional IS initiatives after the project’s end.
